Ulrich Hoffmeier Guitarist, the most dedicated sportsman in the Palast Orchester, is the only member in the Orchestra that checks his pulse-rate before and after playing the Charleston. He not only competes in marathons and triathlons, but also tops the competition in the Palast Orchester Instrumentathon with his impressive skills on the banjo, mandolin, u kulele, singing saw and violin.
